Full Paper Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit Full Papers through the online submission system
FORMATTING GUIDELINES
This document provides details of the preferred style to be used to format your paper (full papers). The paper will be published exactly as you submit it, so please follow the guidelines carefully.- The paper should represent the original work
- The paper must be written in English of a high standard.
- Please indicate one to three most relevant themes from the conference tracks for your paper.
- The title should contain at most 15 words.
- The paper should be a not more than ten pages in length, including the references, figures and etc.
- The paper should be typed with font size 10, in single spacing, single column with wide margins (please refer to the attachment)
- The extended abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Words format with an A4 setting.
- Supporting figures and tables may be included.
- All tables, graphs, and line drawings should be in a rich text format using Word, PowerPoint, or original Excel programs

Author information must be included in the submission of your paper. Please carefully review and follow the format requirements contained in these guidelines when preparing your paper
Full paper instruction
The submission file MUST be in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format. Predefined style formats are available for all the necessary structures to be included in the manuscript, and these formats can be quickly accessed using keystroke combinations or the special toolbars provided
PLAGIARISM
1) Submission MUST include a Turnitin (or any plagiarism checker) report with less than a 20% similarity index. Note that plagiarised papers will be rejected (must be at most 20%).
2) Copying of content from other articles is strictly prohibited.
3) Only papers with 80% original content should be submitted with the expectation of being accepted for our conference and journals.
4) All papers submitted to iCEL20223 must undergo a plagiarism check before being reviewed.
5) Attach similarity report during submission of full paper by running your paper through Grammarly.com at Grammarly (or Ouriginal, Turnitin, etc.)
